About Chaotic Serendipity
Chaotic Serendipity Sanctuary is a permanent-sanctuary organization. Animals in our care are not available for adoption or rehoming; our residents live out their lives with us. References on the Site to residents, their stories, and their personas are presented for informational and storytelling purposes.
Organizational Information
Chaotic Serendipity Sanctuary, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation formed under the laws of the State of West Virginia. Our formation and registration documents include:
- Articles of Incorporation, filed and approved April 17, 2026
- Certificate of Incorporation issued by the West Virginia Secretary of State, dated April 17, 2026
- Employer Identification Number (EIN) issued by the IRS: 42-1982794
- West Virginia Business License issued by the West Virginia State Tax Department, dated April 17, 2026, along with the associated application
- Organizational Meeting Minutes and Bylaws, fully executed and approved by the Board
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Site by anyone else. Prohibited uses include (without limitation) attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, transmitting harmful code, or using the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, resident profiles, and images — is owned by or licensed to Chaotic Serendipity Sanctuary, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
Donations and Purchases
Donations and shop purchases made through the Site are processed by a third-party payment processor. By making a donation or purchase, you agree to that processor's applicable terms. All donations and sales are generally final; please contact us if you believe an error occurred. Chaotic Serendipity's tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code is [pending IRS determination / confirmed — update once your determination letter arrives]; the deductibility of any donation should be confirmed with your tax advisor.
User Submissions
