Legal status: Chaotic Serendipity Sanctuary, Inc. is incorporated as a nonprofit corporation in the State of West Virginia. Our Articles of Incorporation and Certificate of Incorporation were filed and approved on April 17, 2026, and our West Virginia Business License was issued by the West Virginia State Tax Department that same day.
EIN: Our federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) is 42-1982794.
501(c)(3) status: Our federal tax-exempt application (IRS Form 1023-EZ) is complete and will be filed shortly. Chaotic Serendipity Sanctuary is a newly formed organization, and our 501(c)(3) determination is currently pending.
Finances: As a brand-new organization, Chaotic Serendipity has not yet processed any financial transactions. We'll publish our budget, annual filings (Form 990-N/EZ once applicable), and any financial summaries here as they become available — check back as we grow.
Charitable solicitation registration: West Virginia requires charitable organizations to register with the WV Secretary of State's Charitable Organizations Division before soliciting donations. Our registration is not yet established; we'll update this page and enable donations once it is.
